OK, for those of you who wish to see the pictures, please look above. A brief story on how this came to happen Monday: Nicole had a standard prenatal visit on Monday. The baby's heart rate was down (~105, normal is 120-160 and Henry had been at 140 the whole pregnancy) and the doctor tolds us to go to the hospital. Doctor checked the heartrate again, and it was still down, and she decided there was signifigant risk and no upside to Nicole not giving birth. So, Nicole had a C-section.
Given the number of staples, Nicole appears to have the wire binding of a notebook between her hips. :)
Baby and mother a resting comfortably. Father is a worried mess. :)

Henry is by far the most beautiful baby on either side of the Mississippi! He does come from good "Stock" (ie Nicole and Edward). How precious and what a blessing. I wish mother, father and baby much health and happiness! Love, proud Grandma

Little Henry is incredibly cute. I hope everything is going well! Come bring Henry by when Nicole is feeling better, I'd love to ooh and aah over him :)
Jim and Paula O. say there is a new and improved version and he is beautiful. Love the photos - they capture the moment, if that is at all possible. Congratulations. We know he will bring much joy.
